Drivers Age
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 2 years with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up
International driver license is mandatory. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
In case the customer doesn’t have an international driving license; customer can purchase temporary driver’s permit at a cost of USD 25 (one time charge) per driver at the time of pickup.
The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pick up: ID card, Valid Driver's license and Credit card.
Each Additional Driver must meet the driving license criteria.
Rental might be denied if you do not meet the company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in the rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer's damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends upon the category of a car:
The maximum excess amount for mini, economy and intermediate vehicle groups is USD 500.
The maximum excess amount for full-size and standard vehicle groups is USD 1000.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in the rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible amount.
The excess amount for THW depends upon the category of a car:
The maximum excess amount for mini, economy and intermediate vehicle groups is USD 500.
The maximum excess amount for full-size and standard vehicle groups is USD 1000.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in the rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of USD 2000.
Please Note: 1. Police report is mandatory, in case of an accident / damage or theft. Without police report insurance is not valid. The customer must immediately inform the rental desk about the incident.
2. Renter must present the vehicle keys and documents to the rental company (Finalrentals) to qualify for coverage, otherwise the insurance will be invalidated and the renter will be liable for the full amount due to the loss of vehicle. In the event of any damage to the vehicle for theft reasons, the insurance does not cover the renter.
3. Any damage due to driver negligence or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other controlled substances is not covered by insurance.
4. Insurance doesn’t cover Windows and mirrors, wheels and tire, undercarriage, engine, the car’s interior, personal belongings, lost keys, extras such as GPS or child seats.
Transferable Insurance Coverage
We doesn’t accept any insurances, in case of damage customers will be liable to pay the damage up to the excess amount and they can claim back from their own insurance.
Please note that in case of any scratch or damage police report is mandatory, in case if you fail to provide the police report, the damage amount can exceed the excess limit.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.
The price of Super CDW is USD 17.5 per day for all vehicle groups.
SCDW doesn’t cover Windows and mirrors, wheels and tire, undercarriage, engine, the car’s interior, personal belongings, lost keys, extras such as GPS or child seats.
Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information, please check at the rental desk.
Fees
Airport surcharge is included in the rental amount.
Other fees:
1. Traffic fines and parking fines are the responsibility of the customer. The charge depends on the violation from USD 50 to USD 500 plus USD 50 administrative charge if the fines are paid by the rental office.
2. If car returned extremely dirty a fee of USD 20 will be applicable.
3. If the car keys or documents are lost a fee of USD 300 will be applicable.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. It does not cover tyre change. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling fee on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.
In case of offence against Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions all protections lose their validity.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price and in the additional services.
Payment Methods
Only Visa credit card is accepted and the card must be on main renter’s name while paying at the rental desk.
Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from USD 500 to USD 1000 (depending upon the vehicle group) will be held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is available within city limits for free of cost.
Delivery and collection and collection service outside city limits is not available.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available free of charge.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
